100% Offline & Local Architecture

Melyna Spices Manager is built as a 100% local, offline business management application. The application does not connect to external servers, cloud databases, remote APIs, or other online services. All calculations, database transactions, and application operations occur solely on your device.

Data Collection & Accounts

We do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share personal or business data. No user account, registration, login, or email address is required to use Melyna Spices Manager.

Local Data Storage

Application data, including products, categories, sales records, purchase records, customers, suppliers, expenses, payments, and activity logs, is stored locally on your device. The application does not upload this data to any external server or cloud service.

Device Permissions

Melyna Spices Manager is designed to require zero runtime permissions. It does not access your camera, microphone, device location, contacts, photos, storage files, Bluetooth, or notifications.

No Advertising or Analytics Tracking

The application does not contain advertising SDKs, third-party tracking libraries, telemetry tools, behavioral monitoring systems, or analytics services that transmit information externally.

Demo Data System

The built-in Demo Data system uses realistic sample business records for demonstration purposes. Demo data is generated and stored strictly locally within the on-device database. It is not downloaded from the internet. Users can load or permanently remove demo data through Settings without affecting manually entered business data.

Data Deletion & User Control

You have full control over locally stored application data. You can permanently delete all business data through Settings > Delete All Data. This action requires confirmation before deletion and cannot be undone. Uninstalling the application will also remove its locally stored application data according to the Android operating system's behavior.

No Import or Export

The application does not provide data import or export functionality. Business records remain stored locally on the device.

Children's Privacy

The application does not knowingly collect personal information from users, including children. Because the application operates entirely offline and does not require an account or personal information, no personal data is transmitted to us.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

If this Privacy Policy is updated, the revised version will display a new "Last updated" date. Any changes will describe the application's current privacy and data-handling practices.
